We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) whose single-minded objective is revenue generation and new client acquisition. You will hunt, qualify, demo, and close deals for our suite of AI products across high-growth verticals (Real Estate, Healthcare, D2C/E-commerce, BFSI, and Logistics).

- Core Responsibilities (What You Will Do Every Day)Lead Generation & Cold Outbound Hunting:
- Build and manage an active B2B prospect pipeline using cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp, and our proprietary AI SDR tools.
- Map target decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CMOs, Heads of Sales, and Operations Heads) across India's SMB, mid-market, and startup segments.
- Run outbound campaigns targeting industries with high inbound/outbound communication volumes (e.g., real estate brokers, healthcare clinics, e-commerce brands, logistics hubs).
- Product Pitching & Solution Demonstrations:




- Understand customer operational bottlenecks and present tailored solutions across the LoopNow stack:
- AI Voice Agents: Automated inbound receptionists and outbound lead qualifiers.
- WhatsApp Commerce & Support Bots: DLT-compliant automated conversation funnels.
- Workflow & CRM Automation: Connecting lead gen to CRM without manual data entry.
- High-Volume Email Infrastructure: DPDP-ready transactional and marketing email delivery.
- Deliver live product walkthroughs, articulate ROI (cost reduction vs. manual telecallers), and handle objections.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing:
- Own the complete sales cycle from first touch to pilot rollout, contract signing, and commercial closing.
- Structure annual, monthly, and usage-based subscription contracts (SaaS + consumption credits).
- Enforce value propositions around our India-first advantages: DPDP Act compliance, INR pricing with GST billing, and local AWS Mumbai hosting.
- Pipeline Management & Reporting:
- Maintain CRM hygiene with daily updates on lead statuses, call notes, scheduled demos, and win/loss analysis.
- Meet and exceed weekly activity KPIs (outreach volume, demos booked, proposals submitted) and monthly revenue quotas.
