We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle client queries, build customer relationships, generate leads, and explain basic stock-market and investment-related products/services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Explain basic stock market, trading, and investment concepts.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with sales and research teams.
- Achieve assigned customer service/sales targets.
- Maintain qualified communication with clients.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market.

- Basic MS Excel/CRM knowledge.
