# Job Description – Merchant Lending / Loan Sales

*Position:* Sales Executive – Merchant Lending

*Department:* Sales

*Location:* DNCR & Lucknow

*Experience:* 1–3 Years

*Salary:* Up to ₹23,000 CTC

### Job Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new merchants/customers for *Merchant Lending / Business Loan* products.

* Generate leads through market visits, references, and merchant interactions.

* Conduct regular field visits to eligible merchants and business owners.

* Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.

* Collect and verify required customer documents and submit applications as per process.

* Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective merchants.

* Achieve monthly sales, login, disbursement, and visit targets.

* Ensure quality leads and proper follow-up until loan disbursement.

* Update daily field activities and customer information in the company system/app.





### Candidate Requirements

* *Bike is mandatory.*

* *Valid Driving License* required.

* Own *mobile phone required; phone should **not be on EMI*.

* Comfortable with *field sales and daily market visits*.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Candidates with experience in *Merchant Lending, Business Loan, Personal Loan, will be preferred.*

### Salary & Benefits

* *CTC:* Up to ₹23,000 per month.

* *Travel Allowance:* ₹100 per valid visit, subject to *10–12 valid visits* as per company policy.

* Incentives may be applicable based on performance.
