- Handle outbound calls for debt/loan recovery.
- Communicate professionally with customers and follow up on pending payments.
- Achieve assigned recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate call and collection records.
Requirements -
- Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery/collection telecalling.
- DRA Certification is mandatory.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
