We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with prospective tenants, understanding their rental requirements, sharing suitable property options, and coordinating with interested customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Understand customers’ requirements such as location, budget, property type, and preferences.
- Share relevant rental property details with customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate property visits with customers and the team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.




- RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada will be an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, especially for work-from-home.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
