Roles and Responsibilities:· Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Call-Only, and Performance Max.

· Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to drive campaign relevance and efficiency.

· Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate with design teams to create engaging visual assets.

· Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

· Implement and refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and audience segmentation.

· Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

· Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels.

· Generate insightful reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio (Data Studio).

· Stay up-to-date with Google Ads algorithm changes, recent features, and industry trends to implement innovative campaign strategies.

· Collaborate closely with the SEO, content, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and cohesive customer journeys.





· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign tracking, ad disapprovals, or conversion discrepancies.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).

· Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.

· Experience with PPC automation tools, scripts, and budget pacing tools.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.

· Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to craft compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve conversions.

· Google Ads Certification preferred.

· Agency experience will be a plus.
