Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintain required quality, safety, and project standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Measure and verify quantities of completed work.
- Prepare daily and progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate material requirements and maintain proper site records.
- Identify site issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Assist with cost estimation, billing, and documentation.
- Maintain records of work progress, materials, measurements, and inspections.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the construction site.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
- Eligibility CriteriaDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 0–5 years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
- Freshers may also apply for junior positions.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
- Required SkillsGood technical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
- Team-oriented and responsible approach.
