Hiring: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Markets: Gurgaon | Goa | Dubai

Experience: 3–7 Years

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert qualified sales leads

• Conduct client meetings and property presentations

• Arrange site visits and follow-ups

• Handle negotiations and deal closures

• Manage client relationships and investor portfolios

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Guide and support the sales team

• Maintain CRM and daily sales reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Experience in Gurgaon/NCR real estate preferred

• Knowledge of Goa or Dubai real estate will be an advantage

• Ability to handle HNI and investment clients

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
