Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze ITR, GST returns, bank statements, Balance Sheet, P&L;, cash flows and other financial documents of loan applicants.

Assess loan eligibility, repayment capacity, financial strength, profitability and overall creditworthiness of clients.

Prepare, verify and review loan assessment formats, financial statements and loan proposals.

Handle and guide the company on GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, audits and other statutory compliances.

Review accounting, reconciliations, MIS, financial reporting and other day-to-day financial activities.

Provide accurate financial, taxation and compliance advice to management.

Be available to discuss and resolve management’s financial, taxation, accounting and loan-related doubts, and provide practical solutions.

Guide the team on proper financial documentation, calculations, compliance and loan-related processes.





Ensure that all financial and statutory work is completed accurately and within timelines.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other professionals whenever required.

Keep the management updated regarding key changes in taxation, compliance, financial regulations and other applicable requirements.

Independently handle and take responsibility for the NBFC’s overall finance, taxation and compliance matters.

Qualified CA with relevant practical experience, preferably in NBFC, lending, finance or financial services.

Should have a good understanding of financial statements and lending/credit processes.

Must be capable of independently analyzing situations, answering management queries and providing correct professional guidance.

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
