Role OverviewEOCL India is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage the company’s social media presence, content, and digital engagement. The candidate will also coordinate and manage the Graphic Designer and Video Editor and contribute to content creation, posts, and basic SEO activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage EOCL India’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
- Create and manage engaging social media posts, captions, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Write and edit social media content, post copies, captions, and basic website/blog content.
- Apply basic SEO knowledge to content, posts, blogs, and website-related content.
- Conduct basic keyword research, hashtag research, competitor analysis, and trend research.
- Coordinate and manage the Graphic Designer and Video Editor, including task allocation, follow-ups, deadlines, and content requirements.
- Review creatives, videos, and written content to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counselling teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor comments, messages,



and audience engagement across social media platforms.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
- Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements to increase engagement and visibility.
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing practices.
- Ensure timely execution of all planned content and campaigns.
- Requirements2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant social media content.
- Experience in coordinating or managing Graphic Designers and Video Editors.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the education/overseas education industry will be an added advantage.
