The role involves providing excellent customer service, taking and preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, handling billing/cash counter operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take orders and ensure accurate billing.
- Prepare and serve waffles, beverages, and other menu items as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe and work area.
- Handle cash/POS transactions responsibly.
- Support inventory and stock management.
- Work effectively with the cafe team during busy hours.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of English/Hindi/Gujarati is preferred.
