What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Hiring candidates in line with job descriptions and departmental manpower requirements.

• Creating and posting accurate job descriptions across online recruitment portals.

• Managing the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.

• Coordinating trainers and training schedules for newly joined employees.

• Conducting post-training assessments/interviews to evaluate readiness and deployment.

• Addressing employee grievances and supporting timely resolution.

• Conducting structured exit interviews and capturing employee feedback.

• Identifying training requirements and coordinating relevant training programs.

• Arranging accommodation and logistics for employees travelling from their base location for training.





• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems.

• Developing and coordinating employee training and development programs.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations

✔ Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities

✔ Strong ownership and follow-through

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused setting
