Accountant – Jewellery Showroom

- Job Responsibilities : Maintain daily accounts, sales, purchase, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle cash, bank, UPI, card, and other payment reconciliations.
- Maintain jewellery stock-related accounting records and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Record purchases, sales returns, discounts, making charges, wastage, and other jewellery-related transactions.
- Prepare and verify GST invoices, e-invoices/e-way bills, and GST-related records as applicable.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Prepare daily/monthly sales and financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, income-tax, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, suppliers, and other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate bookkeeping.
