Job Title: Picker & Packer

Department: Warehouse Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Near Kudlu Gate Metro Station, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Job Purpose:

To accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring speed, accuracy, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick items from shelves/bins as per the order list

2. Check item quantity and quality before packing

3. Pack orders securely using appropriate packing materials

4. Label packages correctly with order/shipping details

5. Keep the work area clean and organized

6. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to the supervisor

7. Meet daily picking/packing targets

8. Follow basic safety guidelines while handling goods

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred)

2. Prior warehouse/packing experience is a plus, but not mandatory

3. Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 15–20 kg)

4. Basic understanding of numbers and product labels

5. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
