Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident AI Course Counsellor who can guide students and working professionals in choosing the right AI courses based on their career goals, educational background, and interests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of AI courses, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with students, parents, and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand the learner’s career goals and recommend suitable AI courses and learning paths.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, benefits, career opportunities, fees, and enrollment process clearly.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Maintain regular communication and build a positive relationship with students.
- Address student queries and provide accurate information about AI programs.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain lead and counselling records and provide regular updates to the management.

1. Communication Skills

2. AI Course Knowledge





- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of AI courses, career paths, and industry opportunities.
- Ability to understand and explain course modules and learning outcomes.
- Willingness to continuously learn about new AI tools, technologies, and trends.

3. Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in education counselling, academic counselling, inside sales
- Experience in selling or counselling for technology, AI, data science or professional courses will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in AI may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Background in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with student leads or educational institutions is an advantage.

- Number of students counselled.
- Lead follow-up and response rate.
- Course enrollment/conversion rate.
- Student satisfaction and engagement.
- Quality and accuracy of counselling.
