Job DescriptionNamo Steel is looking for a responsible and energetic Sales & Accounts Executive who can handle customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, order coordination, basic accounting, payment follow-up, and day-to-day office work.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling

- Attend customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up regularly for order confirmation.
- Coordinate with existing customers and develop repeat business.
- Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for rates and availability.
- Compare supplier prices and help finalize purchase rates.
- Coordinate dispatch, transport and delivery with customers.
- Follow up for pending orders and customer requirements.

Accounts & Payment Handling

- Prepare sales invoices and basic accounting entries.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Enter transactions in Tally/accounting software.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Maintain payment due-date and collection records.
- Check supplier invoices and purchase bills.




- Coordinate with CA/accountant for GST and accounting-related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, purchase orders, payments and receipts.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate/B.Com preferred.
- Experience in Sales, Accounts, Back Office or Customer Coordination preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, GST, Excel and billing.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors on phone.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined and organised.
- Basic knowledge of the steel industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in steel, construction material, industrial products or B2B sales will be preferred.
