A Travel Consultant is responsible for managing the complete sales process from receiving a travel enquiry to confirming the booking.

Main Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to new travel enquiries promptly.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
- Prepare customized quotations and travel itineraries.
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.
- Track payments, bookings, follow-ups and pending enquiries.
- Provide pre-travel assistance and resolve routine customer queries.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Follow company Sales SOPs, pricing policies and communication standards.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion and revenue targets.
- Escalate refunds, major complaints, exceptional discounts and other matters requiring management approval.
