Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR Recruiter for BFSI recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for

Insurance sales and managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for insurance profiles

* Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media

* Make 60–70 calls daily to potential candidates

* Conduct 10–15 screening conversations/interviews daily

* Schedule interviews with company managers

* Maintain candidate follow-up and joining records

* Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets

* Coordinate with team leaders and hiring managers

Roles to Hire:

* Sales Officer

* Relationship Manager

* Agency Manager

* Business Development Manager





* Branch Manager

* Insurance

Skills Required:

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Basic HR and recruitment knowledge

* Target-oriented approach

* Knowledge of MS Excel and job portals

* Robust follow-up skills

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate

Salary:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

Working Days:6 Days Working

Preferred Candidate:

* Immediate joiner preferred

* Experience in insurance hiring or bulk hiring will be an added advantage

* Freshers with good communication can also apply
