Shift: 8:00 AM - 5 PM

Job Responsibilities :

- Receive and process daily material requirements from multiple outlets.
- Convert requirements into Petpooja invoices accurately and quickly.
- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch with the Stores team.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in item, quantity, UOM, and outlet-wise dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners/drivers for on-time delivery.
- Track orders from requirement → invoice → dispatch → delivery.
- Resolve short, excess, missing, or wrong-item dispatches.
- Maintain daily dispatch MIS and reconciliation.
- Conduct weekly stock counting and reconcile physical stock with system/records.

Requirements:

- Experience in Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart), E-commerce, Dispatch, Dark Store, Central Kitchen preferred.
- Fast-paced, high-volume order processing experience.
- Petpooja knowledge preferred.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in shifts.
