We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team at Pausa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas
- Handle pizza dough preparation, fermentation and portioning
- Operate and maintain the pizza oven
- Ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Manage ingredients, stock and minimise wastage
- Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen team
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef
- Knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours
- Positive hygiene and teamwork skills
- Willingness to relocate to Balewadi, Pune
- Immediate availability preferred
