Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to handle field-based collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining qualified relationships with customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential/business locations for payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, commitments, and collections.
- Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with the collection team and reporting manager regarding difficult or high-risk accounts.
- Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
- Ensure professional and respectful communication with customers.
- Follow company policies, collection procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant field collection experience can apply.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Loan Collection, Fintech, or Field Sales/Collection will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
