### Key Responsibilities
* Manage **Indian ** processing and documentation.
* Handle attendance, leave, salary calculations, deductions, and payroll records.
* Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and coordination.
* Generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and support BDM activities.
* Communicate and coordinate professionally with domestic and international clients.
* Prepare quotations, follow-ups, proposals, and business-related documents.
* Maintain client relationships and ensure timely communication.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
