We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive / Sales Engineer to grow our CCTV and ELV solutions business. We serve residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.
- Meet builders, developers, MEP consultants, contractors and purchase teams.
- Promote CCTV, networking, access control, fire alarm, PA and intercom solutions.
- Visit customer sites, understand requirements and coordinate with our technical team.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.




- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain daily activity reports.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ELV/security systems sales.
- Basic technical knowledge of CCTV and other ELV systems.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and manage customer follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Existing contacts in construction and industrial sectors will be an advantage.
