We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive with experience in construction, MEP, interiors or real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify upcoming construction projects.
- Approach builders, architects, PMCs and contractors.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings and site visits.
- Generate RFQs and coordinate quotations and proposals.
- Maintain CRM records and regularly follow up with clients.
- Support basic LinkedIn and company marketing activities.
The candidate should have positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. Knowledge of the Hyderabad construction market and a two-wheeler will be preferred.
