Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Shooter cum Editor who can handle the complete video production process—from shooting and concept development to editing and final delivery. The candidate will create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reels, product promotions, advertisements, and company branding.

Key Responsibilities

* Shoot high-quality videos and photos of products, machines, food items, events, and company activities.

* Plan and execute video shoots according to marketing requirements.

* Handle camera, lighting, microphone, tripod, gimbal, and other shooting equipment.

* Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

* Create engaging promotional videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, corporate videos, and social media content.

* Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, text animations, and graphics.

* Perform basic color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and video optimization.

* Create creative hooks and visually appealing content according to current social media trends.

* Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas, shoots, and campaign requirements.





* Maintain and organize video footage, project files, and creative assets.

* Ensure all videos are delivered within the required timeline and brand guidelines.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro.

* Knowledge of After Effects and basic motion graphics will be an advantage.

* Positive understanding of camera settings, lighting, framing, composition, and audio.

* Experience with mobile and professional camera shooting.

* Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.

* Good sense of storytelling, creativity, and visual presentation.

* Ability to independently manage a shoot from start to final edit.

* Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Diploma/Degree/Certification in Film Making, Mass Communication, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in video shooting and editing.

* Portfolio/showreel is required.

Renumeration

CTC: Rs 5 to 6 LPA.
