HR Manager – FMCG Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and Proactive HR Manager with proven experience in the FMCG industry to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.

Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.

Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.

Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements and workforce planning.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.





Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.

Prepare and monitor HR MIS and management reports.

Support organizational growth through effective HR strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Mandatory: Candidate must have prior experience as an HR Manager in an FMCG company.

Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and HR operations.

Positive leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a large and diverse workforce.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems/MIS.

Experience: 3–8 years.
