Job Title: Backend Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive with strong MS Excel skills to manage data entry, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily backend operations, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and internal reports.
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel.
- Perform data sorting, filtering, formatting, and validation.
- Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required data.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in company systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.




- Handle email communication and follow-ups related to backend operations.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the reporting manager in various operational and administrative activities.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and reporting.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook/Email.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in backend operations, MIS, data management, or administration.
- Candidates with robust Excel and reporting experience will be preferred.
