? What You’ll Work On

SEO

- Assist with On-Page SEO activities
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities
- Optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions and headings
- Assist with internal linking and basic technical SEO
- Research competitors and analyze their SEO strategies
- Track keyword rankings and website performance
- Support local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Understand basic SEO analytics and reporting

Social Media

- Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags and content ideas
- Create and schedule social media content
- Write engaging captions, hooks and short-form content
- Assist with Reels/short-video content planning
- Monitor comments, engagement and audience interactions
- Analyze social media performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Keep up with current social media trends and platform updates

Content & Digital Media

- Research topics and create SEO-friendly content ideas
- Assist in writing blogs, social posts, captions and website content
- Repurpose existing content into different formats
- Work with the design/video team to develop content concepts
- Assist in content calendars and campaign planning
- Use AI tools to improve research, ideation and content workflows





What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of:

- SEO fundamentals
- Keyword Research
- On-Page SEO
- Google Search & Search Intent
- Social Media Marketing
- Instagram & LinkedIn Content
- Content Writing / Copywriting
- Hashtag & Trend Research
- Competitor Analysis
- Google Business Profile / Local SEO
- Google Analytics / Search Console — basic understanding preferred
- Canva — basic knowledge preferred
- AI Tools for content and research
- MS Excel / Google Sheets — basic knowledge

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Experience managing a social media page
- Personal blog, Instagram page or content portfolio
- Previous internship/project experience
- Understanding of social media analytics
- Basic knowledge of WordPress

- Good at written and verbal communication
