Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (Looking for freshers)
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Manage joining formalities and coordinate onboarding.
- Achieve hiring requirements within the given timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- RequirementsGraduate in HR, BMS, BBA, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable using job portals and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
