Job Description – Sales Engineer (HVAC)

We are hiring Sales Engineers for an HVAC manufacturing & engineering solutions company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with customers.

• Handle sales of HVAC and engineering products to OEMs, Contractors, Consultants, Dealers and Trading Houses.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up for order closure.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.

• Maintain sales reports and keep track of enquiries, quotations and sales pipeline.

• Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development.





Required Experience & Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC / Engineering Product Sales.

• Experience in AHU, FCU, Heat Exchangers, HVAC Equipment, Refrigeration, Ventilation Products, Compressors, Copper Pipes & Fittings or related products preferred.

• Strong B2B sales, business development and negotiation skills.

• Positive communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Engineering product / technical sales experience will be preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical, Electrical or related) or B.Sc. with relevant industry experience.
