Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads for personal loans, business loans, balance transfers, and other financial products.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, messages, and other approved channels to understand their financial requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
- Collect and verify customer information and required documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to process applications and ensure timely disbursement.
- Follow up on leads, pending documents, approvals, and customer queries until the loan is successfully completed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or business tracker.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead generation, login, approval, and disbursement.




- Maintain qualified customer relationships and provide regular updates throughout the loan process.
- Ensure all customer interactions and documentation follow company policies and applicable compliance requirements.

Specific Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of personal loans and other financial products is preferred.
- Ability to make outbound calls and handle customer queries confidently.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Freshers may apply; prior experience in banking, NBFC, tele-calling, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn financial products and achieve assigned targets.
