We are looking for a Laptop Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and computer systems at our Authorised Service Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Laptop hardware & software troubleshooting
- Motherboard, display, keyboard, battery & other component replacement
- OS installation and software troubleshooting
- Diagnose customer complaints and provide proper solutions
- Maintain service quality and complete jobs within TAT
Requirements: ITI/Diploma/Technical experience preferred. Positive troubleshooting skills and basic computer knowledge. Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply.
