Job Summary

Spybot Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for our security services.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, understanding their security requirements, presenting company services, generating leads, submitting proposals, and following up until the business is converted.

- Key Responsibilities
- Visit corporate offices, factories, hospitals, hotels, schools, residential societies, warehouses, construction sites and other commercial establishments.
- Generate new leads for Security Guard, Supervisor, Bouncer and other security services.
- Identify decision-makers such as Admin Managers, HR Managers, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers and business owners.
- Introduce Spybot Security Services and explain our security manpower solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and understand security requirements.
- Generate enquiries and maintain a regular sales pipeline.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospective clients until closure.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams for site surveys and deployment requirements.
- Maintain daily records of client visits, calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Report competitor activities,



pricing and market developments to management.
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and MS Office.
- Ability to negotiate and close business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Jaipur/Rajasthan corporate market will be an advantage.
- Candidate should preferably have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
