Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out Projects

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, vendor coordination, quality control, and finishing works.

You will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC teams, painters, and other vendors.

Plan and monitor the proper sequencing of activities to avoid delays and ensure timely completion.

Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, and execution at every stage of the project.

Take, verify, and maintain accurate site measurements.

Monitor material deliveries, storage, usage, and inventory at the site.

Minimise material wastage and ensure proper utilisation of resources.

Maintain daily site progress reports, measurements, checklists, and other required documentation.

Identify site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.





Coordinate regularly with the Project Manager and client representatives regarding site progress and requirements.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely rectification of snags and defects.

Track pending and incomplete work and follow up with vendors and workers for closure.

Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and material management.

Monitor final finishing and ensure all work is completed to the required standard before project handover.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, residential interiors, or construction projects.

Experience in interior site execution and finishing works will be preferred.

Good knowledge of construction drawings, site measurements, and execution methods.

Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.

Strong vendor, contractor, and workforce coordination skills.

Good understanding of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and finishing works.

Strong focus on quality, finishing, timelines, and attention to detail.

Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple site activities and priorities effectively.

Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate with site teams as required.
