JOB DESCRIPTION Project Lead – Senior Associate Position: Project Lead – Senior Associate Department: Architecture / Project Delivery Experience: 12–20 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Lead – Senior Associate to lead the design coordination and project execution of a large-scale commercial project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project leadership, BIM/ACC-based project delivery, consultant coordination, and execution , with a proven track record of successfully completed projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale commercial projects from design development through execution. Take overall responsibility for project coordination, delivery, timelines, and quality . Lead project coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Manage and coordinate multiple sub-consultants , ensuring timely deliverables and resolution of design issues. Drive project workflows using BIM and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) . Review and monitor BIM coordination and model-based project delivery. Ensure effective communication between the client, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. Identify project risks, coordination challenges, and potential delays, and proactively address them. Monitor project deliverables against agreed timelines and quality standards. Support design development, documentation, coordination, and execution-related activities. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and ensure effective collaboration across disciplines. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings, and project discussions.



Required Skills & Experience 12–20 years of professional experience in architecture/project delivery. Proven experience in leading and executing large-scale commercial projects . Strong experience in project coordination and execution is mandatory . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sub-consultants and stakeholders . Strong understanding of BIM workflows and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) . Should be highly experienced in leading projects using BIM and ACC . BIM modelling expertise is not mandatory , but the candidate should have a good understanding of BIM processes and be comfortable reviewing and coordinating BIM models. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within timelines. Must have a solid portfolio of successfully completed projects . Project / Typology Experience Mandatory: Large-scale commercial projects. Preferred: Shopping malls / retail developments. Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary commercial developments. Education B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution. Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a senior project leader with strong commercial project delivery experience , capable of independently driving coordination and execution while managing multiple consultants and stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable working in a BIM and ACC-enabled project environment and should have a proven portfolio of successfully completed large-scale commercial projects.
