- Manage complete day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
- Handle customers, including HNI/VIP clients, and ensure excellent service.
- Drive sales, customer conversion, repeat business and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate inventory, billing, cash and stock records.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, store upkeep and brand standards.
- Monitor daily sales and prepare regular performance reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with head office for stock, operations and marketing requirements.

- Jewellery/luxury retail experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of POS/ERP and inventory management.
