JOB DESCRIPTION – COOK / CAFE ALL-ROUNDER (position open for Day shift and Night Shit)

We are looking for an experienced Cook / Cafe All-Rounder with good knowledge of Chinese, Pav Bhaji and Fast Food cooking.

हमें ऐसे अनुभवी कुक / कैफे ऑल-राउंडर की आवश्यकता है, जिसे चाइनीज़, पाव भाजी और फास्ट फूड बनाने का अच्छा अनुभव हो।

Key Responsibilities | मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

* Prepare Chinese, Pav Bhaji, Fast Food and other cafe menu items as per standard recipes and quality requirements.

* चाइनीज़, पाव भाजी, फास्ट फूड एवं कैफे के अन्य व्यंजन निर्धारित रेसिपी और गुणवत्ता के अनुसार तैयार करना।

* Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, presentation and hygiene.

* खाने के स्वाद, मात्रा, प्रस्तुति और साफ-सफाई की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना।

* Handle kitchen preparation, cooking and basic stock management.

* किचन की तैयारी, खाना बनाने तथा बेसिक स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट की जिम्मेदारी संभालना।

* Take customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.

* ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर लेना और समय पर सर्विस के लिए किचन के साथ समन्वय करना।

* Serve food and assist customers whenever required.





* आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ग्राहकों को खाना सर्व करना और उनकी सहायता करना।

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining area and overall cafe.

* किचन, बैठने की जगह और पूरे कैफे की साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।

* Assist in all day-to-day cafe activities and support the team wherever required.

* कैफे के रोज़मर्रा के सभी कार्यों में सहयोग करना और आवश्यकता के अनुसार टीम की सहायता करना।

* Ensure proper handling and storage of food, ingredients and kitchen equipment.

* खाद्य सामग्री, सामग्री के स्टॉक और किचन उपकरणों का सही तरीके से उपयोग एवं रखरखाव करना।

* Maintain discipline, punctuality and a qualified attitude at work.

* कार्यस्थल पर अनुशासन, समय की पाबंदी और प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार बनाए रखना।

Full-Time Shift: 12 Hours

फुल-टाइम शिफ्ट: 12 घंटे

Experience: Prior experience in Chinese, Pav Bhaji and Fast Food cooking preferred.

अनुभव: चाइनीज़, पाव भाजी और फास्ट फूड बनाने का पूर्व अनुभव होना वांछनीय है।
