We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our education institute. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/parents, explaining courses and programs, answering queries, generating leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission opportunities.
- Respond to incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and admission procedures.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Generate and manage admission leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Convince and motivate prospective students to visit the institute or enroll in suitable courses.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and institute visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admission teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/admission targets.
- Provide a positive and skilled experience to students and parents.
