- Order pick, pack and dispatch.
- Courier pickup - local dispatches co-ordination.
- Secure and accurately pack products as per order fulfillment process.
- Adherence to SOP`s as per department requirements.
- Support to unload / upload consignments.
- Marketing materials handling and upkeep.
- Actively participate in company events.
Inventory Control & Accuracy -
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all systems and storage locations.
- Monitor daily stock movements including inward, outward, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and periodic stock audits.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies if any
