Role Description The Physiotherapist Orthopedic will provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, designing individualized rehabilitation programs, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves educating patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise plans, and long-term management strategies,
while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring consistent in-person patient care and participation in clinic activities. Qualifications Relevant degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT Orthopedics or equivalent) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as applicable. Strong clinical skills in orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning. Ability to use evidence-based practices, maintain clear and accurate documentation, and manage a structured caseload efficiently. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, ongoing learning, and participation in clinical meetings or case discussions. Prior experience in an orthopedic or musculoskeletal physiotherapy setting is preferred; fresher candidates with solid clinical internships may also be considered.
