Hiring: Junior Staff Accountant – US Accounting Location: Mohali, Punjab – Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time ‍ Experience: 1–1.5 Years Shift: Night Shift – US Timings Department: Finance & Accounting About the Role We are looking for a Junior Staff Accountant with 1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience to join our Finance & Accounting team. The role offers an opportunity to work in a US-based business environment and gain hands-on exposure to US Accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities . Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) . Record journal entries and maintain accounting records. Perform bank and account reconciliations . Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment records . Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. Maintain accurate documentation and supporting schedules. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Follow accounting procedures and internal controls. Requirements B.Com / B.Com (Hons.)



/ M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant qualification. 1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience. Good understanding of accounting principles, AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations . Good working knowledge of MS Excel . Experience with Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication. Willingness to learn US Accounting . Willingness to work US night shifts. Significant This is a 100% onsite position in Mohali.
