Role Description The Tutoring Manager – IB & IGCSE is a full time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the planning, delivery, and quality of IB and IGCSE tutoring programs, ensuring that academic content, teaching methods, and schedules align with student needs and curriculum standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing tutor teams, assigning students, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to maintain high teaching quality. The Tutoring Manager collaborates with mentors and counselors to design personalized learning plans, track student progress, and address academic challenges promptly. The role also involves coordinating timetables,



maintaining communication with families, optimizing processes, and contributing to new initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge of IB and IGCSE curricula, with experience in teaching, academic coordination, or tutoring management. Skills in team leadership, performance management, and stakeholder communication within an educational setting. Ability to design and implement structured learning plans, track outcomes, and use data to improve student results. Comfort with educational technology platforms and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and online instruction. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with students, families, and tutors. Experience in working with high-achieving or international school students is preferred; prior exposure to global admissions is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in education, a subject relevant to IB/IGCSE, or a related field; advanced qualifications or teaching certifications are beneficial.
