Job Title: Sales Manager /Gold loan sales Industry: NBFC Working Days: 6 Days Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Summary: The Sales Business Officer (SBO) will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and acquiring customers for Gold Loan and Non-Gold Loan products. The role involves extensive fieldwork, customer acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities:- GOLD LOAN: *Generate new business through field visits, local market outreach, and customer referrals. *Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure repeat business. *Promote gold loan products and educate customers on features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. *Assist customers with documentation and coordinate with branch teams for loan processing.
*Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. *Conduct follow-ups for interest payments, renewals, and support collections while ensuring compliance. *Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFC *Graduation preferred (not mandatory depending on experience). *Strong understanding of local market and customer acquisition.
