Location Pune Experience 10 Years Key Responsibilities Provide advanced end-user support for hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues. Manage AWS cloud environments, including EC2 and S3. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V environments. Execute patch management using Microsoft Defender and ManageEngine Desktop Central. Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Backup & Replication. Monitor infrastructure using ManageEngine Site24x7 and NetFlow Analyzer.



Administer Cisco Meraki networking, including switching, VLANs, and security policies. Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and Defender environments.
