Strong team coordination, task delegation and follow-up skills. Ability to take ownership of critical IT incidents and infrastructure issues. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact and urgency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to coordinate effectively with management, business teams,



vendors and MSPs. Proactive approach toward identifying infrastructure risks and implementing improvements. Ability to work independently during the night shift and manage critical situations with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: Sophos Firewalls Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Microsoft Intune VDI Basic PowerShell or scripting knowledge. Microsoft Defender / Endpoint Security Cybersecurity Creates and maintains network diagrams, SOPs, runbooks and escalation procedures. Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet or VMware certifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8–12 years of experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, or Infrastructure Support. Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, virtualization, backup, and infrastructure security. Strong leadership, ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage critical infrastructure issues independently during night shifts. Solid decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure. Strong ownership of infrastructure availability, security, performance, and business continuity.
