Role Description The Solar PV Design Engineer will be responsible for designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, including system layout, string sizing, and component selection in accordance with applicable standards and client requirements. Day-to-day activities include preparing detailed engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and BOMs; performing site assessments from available data; and using design software and tools to optimize system performance and cost. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysuru. Position: Solar PV Design Engineer Location: Mysuru, Karnataka Experience: • 2 years of relevant experience in Solar PV / Electrical Design • M.Tech Freshers with specialization in Renewable Energy / Solar Energy are also encouraged to apply Qualification: • B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) • M.Tech in Renewable Energy / Solar Energy – Freshers can apply Key Responsibilities:



• Design and engineering of Solar PV systems for commercial and industrial projects • Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical layouts and PV system designs • Perform electrical calculations including cable sizing, voltage drop and equipment sizing • Prepare and review PV module layouts, stringing plans and electrical drawings • Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure design requirements are met • Review project specifications and deliver accurate designs within project timelines. • Should be flexible to work in shifts in line with business requirements. Key Skills: • Strong understanding of Solar PV systems and electrical design principles • Knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical design software • Understanding of PV system components, inverters, cables, protection systems and earthing • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Robust communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
