Job Description – Chartered Accountant Bhasha Advisors | Mumbai Position: Chartered Accountant – Virtual CFO & MIS Reporting Experience: 1–2 Years/ Freshers Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Office About the Role J S B L & Co. is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our Business Advisory team. The role will involve working closely with clients across various industries and assisting them with financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting and financial statements, good analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management. Freshly qualified CAs are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of monthly MIS and management reports Preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements Analysis of financial performance, profitability, costs and key business metrics Preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis Assisting clients with financial planning and business decision-making Developing and tracking KPIs and financial dashboards Conducting periodic reviews of receivables, payables, working capital and cash flows Coordinating with client teams for accounting, reporting and financial data Identifying financial and operational issues and providing practical insights Assisting in preparation of presentations and reports for management / promoters Supporting the senior team in business advisory and client assignments Ensuring accuracy,
timeliness and quality of financial reporting Candidate Profile Qualification: Chartered Accountant – 1–2 years of experience preferred Freshers / newly qualified CAs are also welcome Skills Required: Robust understanding of financial statements and accounting Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and client-handling skills Ability to understand business operations and translate numbers into actionable insights Attention to detail and ability to work independently Willingness to work on multiple client assignments Good to Have Experience in MIS / FP&A; / Virtual CFO / Business Advisory Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling Experience with accounting/ERP software Prior experience working with SMEs, startups or promoter-driven businesses What You Will Get Exposure to Virtual CFO and Business Advisory assignments Opportunity to work directly with business owners and senior management Exposure to multiple industries and business models Hands-on experience in MIS, financial analysis, budgeting and strategic decision-making Strong learning and growth opportunities Salary Competitive remuneration based on qualification, experience and skill set.
