We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Adolescent Psychologist to join our team. The candidates must have a genuine interest in and training for working with adolescents, and will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions tailored to this age group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions for adolescent clients experiencing a range of emotional difficulties.
- Support adolescents in navigating the emotional and behavioral aspects of neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes.
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team on client care as needed.
- Required Qualifications:
- Masters in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Applied).
- Exposure and experience of working with adolescents.
- Strong theoretical foundation of mental health concerns experienced by adolescents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RCI-recognised diploma in Child and Adolescent Counseling
- Additional certification in specialized therapy modalities (e.g., Art Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Narrative Therapy etc.)
