Role Overview The Zonal Key Account Engineer will manage service performance for railway accounts, ensuring preventive maintenance, timely complaint resolution, warranty and maintenance support, customer training, safety compliance, and achievement of service-level targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure preventive-maintenance activities are completed within agreed service levels.
- Monitor customer complaints, response time, and maximum repair turnaround time.
- Coordinate warranty and maintenance-contract service activities.
- Drive timely issue resolution to minimise penalties and operational disruption.
- Ensure availability of critical parts through the service and dealer network.
- Organise product, service, and safety training for key-account customers.
- Support equipment health checks, safety audits, and maintenance reviews.
- Conduct customer meetings, document action points, and track closure.
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation.
