About the Role

We are looking for a YouTube Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our YouTube channels. The candidate will be responsible for content publishing, YouTube SEO, analytics, audience engagement, and overall channel growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of YouTube channels.
- Upload and publish long-form videos, podcasts, Shorts, and other content .
- Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, playlists, chapters, and thumbnails.
- Develop and maintain a YouTube content calendar .
- Monitor YouTube Studio analytics including views, watch time, CTR, retention, and subscribers.
- Analyse content performance and suggest strategies for better reach and engagement.
- Research YouTube trends, competitors, keywords, and audience preferences.
- Coordinate with content, creative, editing,



and production teams for timely publishing.
- Manage comments, Community posts, and audience engagement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and growth insights.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in YouTube Management / Digital Media / Content Management .
- Positive understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content strategy .
- Knowledge of YouTube Studio and digital content trends.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet deadlines.
- Experience with podcasts, interviews, or media channels will be an advantage.
